Refund & Shipping Policies

Do you ship internationally?
We apologize, at this time we are unable to ship internationally or accept credit cards issued by international banks.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Unfortunately, we cannot accept any returns on opened color cosmetics, or skincare products. Please return your product unopened within 15 days of purchase. All refunds are credited to the original payment method. No cash refunds. Send your package via an insured and prepaid method at your expense. We cannot be responsible for the loss of your return during shipment. Include your packing slip and/or invoice number and please let us know the reason for your return. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable on returns. Exchanges will be allowed on unopened products only and additional shipping charges may apply. Please note we will inspect the product upon return. If the product has been used we will not issue the refund, nor will we return the item.

When are orders processed and shipped?
We process orders within 2 days of purchase on Amazon. Your item will approximately arrive 5 to 7 business days. All orders are shipped First Class Mail via USPS with a tracking number.
