Refund & Shipping Policies

Do you ship internationally?
We apologize, at this time we are unable to ship internationally or accept credit cards issued by international banks.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Unfortunately, we cannot accept any returns on opened color cosmetics, or skincare products. Exchanges will be allowed on damaged products only and will be allowed on the same product and color in stock. Please return your product unopened within 15 days of purchase. Note we will inspect the product upon return. If the product has been used we will not issue any refunds, nor will we return the item. We will issue a refund only if the product ordered is out of stock.  Your funds will be credited to the original payment method. No cash refunds. We will issue a prepaid label for the return via email. We will not refund shipping, handling fees and cannot be held responsible for the loss of your return during shipment, should you use your own shipping method. Include your packing slip and/or invoice number and please let us know the reason for your return. 

When are orders processed and shipped?
We process orders within 2 days of purchase. Your item will approximately arrive 5 to 7 business days. All orders are shipped First Class Mail via USPS with a tracking number.
